WHO WE ARE
TAGxAPI is formally known as the Technical Advisory Group on xAPI and is a project of the Learning Technology Standards Committee (LTSC) at the IEEE. Our work began in September of 2017 upon a vote of the LTSC membership.

WHAT WE DO
TAGxAPI supports activities and discussions benefitting the xAPI community. The group is open to the public and anyone may participate.
Key activities have included:
Stewardship of the xAPI resources library (current version updated Summer 2021)
Discussion series on xAPI Profiles (2020 - 2021)
Led to the creation of the IEEE P9274.2 working group on xAPI Profiles
Webinar series on xAPI case studies (2018 - 2019)
Publication of the IEEE LTSC Technical Report on xAPI Implementation (2018)
Led to the creation of the IEEE P9274.4.1 project on Recommended Practices for xAPI Implementation
Led to the creation of the IEEE P9274.4.2 working group on xAPI Cybersecurity
